For me, massage is a healing art that produces subtle yet profound changes in the physical body. I am humbled and privileged to be part of such transformative work. I am passionate about full body wellness, which includes skin care and natural health. I practice the philosophy that each client deserves an individualized and focused approach to every session. With almost two decades of training and experience in bodywork, I have experienced success in helping clients with neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, and sciatica issues; effectively releasing  pain and congestion in soft tissue. My additional training in pre and post natal massage allows me to address the unique needs of expectant and new mothers.

I like to think my treatments are guided by intuition, yet rooted in sound clinical knowledge. It's important to me to create a peaceful, nurturing space where balance, health and connection to oneself and the world can be restored. My ultimate goal is to help relieve stress, alleviate pain and build your body into a state of balance; whether it's deep tissue, deep relaxing or a combination of the two.

I truly love my work as a physical therapist and have always enjoyed challenging myself to master new skills to better assist patients in their healing. I have worked hard to become proficient in manual skills including dry needling, joint mobilization and soft tissue work resulting in quicker resolution of patient's symptoms; however my most rewarding moments are when I can empower patients with education and movement training which engages them to be active in their own health. It’s clear to me that our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal; if we treat them well and have a bit of patience.

My goal as your physical therapist is to be a collaborative partner in your health. With quality physical therapy, healing and improvement can be successively accomplished with fewer visits and less invasive procedures. I would love the opportunity to be an integral part of your journey towards good health.
