Chelsy Mungere

Chelsy has always enjoyed being physically active and for years was a runner, gym class junkie and a dancer, with a special love of the hip hop style. This led her to land on her mat in a yoga class one day, and from that moment on, she was hooked. Yoga transformed her life in ways she couldn't have imagined, and helped her through some difficult moments. She was inspired to learn more and share her passion with others. She began her journey to become a 200hr certified yoga instructor six years ago.

She has taught various styles including vinyasa flow, prenatal, power, yin and and enjoys teaching the little yogis as well. She strives to guide all her students to become more content in the present moment without fear or judgement. She believes that while the physical benefits are immense, the mental benefits are even greater. She hopes her students will learn to come to their mat, check their ego at the door, meet challenge with breath, and have lots of fun!

Outside of yoga her passion for teaching continues as a middle school educator in Manchester, which she has done for 20 years now. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter, a new dog mom and a wife. She cherishes time spent with family and friends, and loves to be outdoors enjoying activities in nature. She looks forward to guiding you to live your best life!
