Chatana Parmar

Yoga Instructor

ERYT-500, Nidra, Yin, Restorative, Sound bowls healing, Reiki

My yoga practice was not always consistent but that all changed when I moved to the US with my family. Practicing yoga at a local studio was how I began to feel a part of a community and helped me ground into a new way of life. Heated Power yoga was the game-changer for me, as my body craved the heat in the cold NH winters and my love for Power Yoga began. I love teaching a variety of classes: Power; Foundation, Yin, Restorative, Nidra and sound healing with crystal and Tibetian bowls. I also offer workshops that are aimed at the 'older' woman called 'The Power of She' where we explore how our yoga practice can help with perimenopause and menopause symptoms. I write my own meditations and these are available on the Insight Timer app. When I witness yogis practice, as a teacher, you really do see the changes, not just physically but also the way they are connecting spiritually. My intuition plays a big role in each of my classes, how it flows and my music somehow calls out what may be happening in our world. Meet me on your yoga mat and join me.

I am a certified yoga teacher and continue to grow as a teacher as well as a student. And am excited to continue on this journey with Humble Warrior.
