Align & Flow 60
Following the same arc of our power flow, this class focuses on alignment and breath. By slowing down the postures and allowing the body to adjust to the form, the teacher guides students to find their breath and their bodies. This class is ideal for all students, new to yoga or advanced. Heated and set to music.
RESTORE & HEAL 60
Restorative YOGA is back! Do to Covid-19, please bring your own props, creativity welcome (pillows, wedges, foam rollers). We have blocks and blankets available for sale in the studio, or bring your own as well.
Restorative Yoga is for every-BODY. It is a relaxing way to de-stress, re-energize and find balance. Restorative yoga is a receptive practice. The poses are held for longer periods of time, while the student is supported with blankets, blocks or bolsters. This practice can help aid in healing stress, trauma and injury.
Drop in rate of $20, use a class pass or free for regular Monthly Unlimited Members.
Couples rate of $30, if booking as a couple just pay the couples rate and we will save you two spots.
Suitable for most levels. Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that uses long-held poses to enhance and renew the body's vital energy, prevent joint immobility and nourish the body at a cellular level. Yin is the perfect compliment to Power Yoga or any strength building routine.
Classes are held from June-August at North Hampton Beach (across from Cinnamon Rainbow Surf Shop). One hour practice with the sound of the waves and beach air!
